In unserer 3er-WG in der Sonnenburgstraße wird ab Juni ein ca. 18 m² großes, unmöbliertes Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 124 m² groß und bis Juni 2026 befristet. Die Miete beträgt derzeit €550 monatlich – alles inklusive (Betriebskosten, Strom, Internet).

Du wohnst mit Michael (26), Grundschullehrer, und Felix (24), Medizinstudent, zusammen. Wir sind beide entspannt, ordentlich und freuen uns auf jemanden, der eine unkomplizierte, freundliche WG-Atmosphäre schätzt. Keine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein WG-Zwang – einfach ein gutes Miteinander.
