Hi everyone! The apartment is located at Andechsstraße 33, in a great area between Pradl and Reichenau. It is furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and a dishwasher.
In the room, there is a bed, a lamp, a desk, and a wardrobe. The bed can also be extended with an extra mattress that is provided in the apartment.
The total rent is €650 per month, which includes everything (also the Wi-Fi). The security deposit is €500 and the apartment is available from May until July 31st with also the possibility of August I think.
The location is extremely well connected to public transport.
Just a two-minute walk from the back exit, you can find the stops for lines R, 5, and 2. Additionally, the T line stop is only 1 minute away, right in front of the main entrance.
Talking about supermarket there is one 2 minutes away and then there are also others like SPAR, Hofer and Lidl in 10 min.
You will be sharing the house with a friendly French girl (who also talks german) that is doing an internship and loves being outdoor.
Please note that two other people will be changing and moving in during May, so there will be some new faces in the flat and it will be a fresh start.
