Room with private bathroom in farmhouse in Rietz

Beschreibung

We rent a room in an old farm house in the village Rietz (30km/30min from Innsbruck by train/car) from October 2026 to March 2027.
The room is fully equipped with bed (140x200cm), cupboard, small table, chair, bathroom with toilet, mirror, sink and shower. We provide also sheets and towels. There is also a parking lot available for a small additional fee.
WIFI, shared kitchen, garden area, laundry room available.
The train station is in walking distance of 15min. Also there is a small supermarket nearby.

It is also possible to rent the room for a shorter term. We are welcoming international students (ERASMUS, PhD) or artists.
