Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner oder einer Mitbewohnerin.

-Zimmer 22qm, unmöbeliert
-Mietkosten 530,- dazu kommen 30,- für Strom und Internet
-WG: 75 qm, plus kleine Lodgia
-Einzug ab 01. Juni möglich

Idealerweise bist du zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt, hast WG-Erfahrung und deine wilden Partyjahre bereits hinter dir. Du bist Nichtraucher und hast auch gerne eine saubere Küche. Tiere müssten mit der Vermieterin abgeklärt werden.

Zimmer: Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit Holzfußboden, hohen Decken und sonnigem Erker. Sehr hell allgemein, Ausrichtung nach Süden, toller Blick auf Innsbruck.
Wir haben kein Gemeinschaftszimmer, hocken aber nach dem Essen gerne zusammen in der Küche oder im Sommer in der Lodgia. Die Spülmaschine ist bei uns Mitarbeiter des Monats, gefolgt von der Waschmaschine. Gartenmitbenutzung ist erlaubt. Fahrradstellplatz ist hinter dem Haus (nicht überdacht). Kein Auto-Parkplatz (Parken ist an der Straße mit Parkausweis möglich- blaue Zone).
Fußweg zum Marktplatz 10-15 Minuten. Gute Busanbindung.

Du würdest zusammen wohnen mit:
– Tobi, 28, Masterstudent, Mechatronik, gerne in den Bergen unterwegs und lese gerne. Von der Wohnung aus gehe ich direkt an der Nordkette laufen. Wenns um Social Media geht, lebe ich hinter dem Mond.
– Noomi, 27, zur Zeit in Teilzeit berufstätig, zeichne, lese, slackline, höre Podcast. Ich gebe Geld lieber für gutes Essen aus als Mode.

Wir sind ein Paar. Falls du deswegen Bedenken hast, kannst du gerne auf ein unverbindliches Bier vorbeikommen.
Bezüglich dem Einzug: Das Zimmer ist ab 01. Juni frei, das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel.

We are searching for a new roommate

Facts:
-shared flat of 3 (1m, 1f)
-in Hötting, Frau-Hitt-Straße
-room: 22 sqm, no furniture
-rental: 530,- plus 30,- for electricity and internet
-flat: 75 sqm, plus small loggia
-Move-in possible from 1st of June

Ideally, you are between 25 and 35 years old, have experience with living in a shared flat and you have moved beyond the years of excessive partying. You are a non-smoker and also appreciate a clean kitchen. Pets must be clarified with the landlady.

Flat/Room: It is an old building apartment with wooden floors, high ceilings and a sunny bay window. Very bright in general, facing south, great view of Innsbruck.

We don’t have a shared living room, but we enjoy sitting in the kitchen or the loggia after dinner. The dishwasher is our employee of the month, followed by the washing machine. Shared use of the garden is permitted. Bicycle parking is behind the house (not covered). Not included: car parking lot. (parking is possible on the street with parking permit – blue zone). Walking distance to the market place 10-15 minutes. Good bus connection.

You live together with:

– Tobi, 28, Master’s student, mechatronics, likes hiking in the mountains and reading. I go running directly from the apartment on the Nordkette. When it comes to social media, I live under a rock.
– Noomi, 27, currently working part-time. I draw, read, slackline and listen to podcasts. I prefer to spend money on good food rather than clothes.

We are a couple. If you have any concerns about that, you’re welcome to drop by for a beer. Regarding the move-in: The room is available from June 1st, the move-in date is flexible.
